Subject Matter Artist: Oliver Schwarzwald at the East Wing Biennal



Oliver Schwarzwald’s ‘Hurdle’ has been selected for this years East Wing Biennal – an eighteen-month student-organised exhibition at the Courtauld Institute of Art. Initially the vision of Joshua Compston, a Courtauld student between 1989-1992, the first show opened on 27th November 1991 and exhibited the likes of Gilbert and George, Howard Hodgkin, and Damien Hirst.

Subject Matter is teaming up with the Royal College of Art for an exhibition at the Dyson Gallery this April. Leading up to it, Subject Matter will be hosting workshops and lectures for featuring students on the role of technology in art business today.
